Defective Chappal

Dear Sir,

I sanjay Jadhav has purchased your company's chappal from your shop of parel in last October but in last 2 to 3 months I had to stich it 2 to 3 times. I went to your shop for repairing the same but they told me that they don't repair chappal now instead of that we replace the same if complaint is within 2 months after buying.

when I had purchased it, I was told that there is 6 months warranty for the product, as your policy is changed now so please replace the same as your's is branded company, what kind of product you are offering to customer. I had not kept bill of the same. Kindly do the justice otherwise I had wasted my money by buying such a inferior quality product.
