I purchased a top from cool club adyar chennai on 4/03 worth rs.450 which had a zipper at the sides.
I wanted to wear it for a friends birthday party on 6/03 and I wore the top and with in minutes the zipper just snapped and I was not able to close it and my entire left side got exposed. I really felt embarrassed I was just few blocks away from my house so I came and changed my dress. when I took the top next day to the shop the shop people didnt care to answer me they say its not their problem goods once sold they are not responsible.
