Dear sir,

on a promotional email of bagittoday from indiatoday book club, i had booked a complete rebok kit

including tracs, shoes, towel and bag with an complimentary offer of watch on 23rd november

and paid the full money in advance thru my credit card.

i hv been contacting them for delivery for quite some time now. initially they had been responding and now

they are not responding at all
