I am putting this complaint here as warning for all customers of ITBC.
Me and a group of customers really found that ITBC is the most unreliable company in India. ITBC is the most prominent company, who cheating its customers always and always.
I have placed an order for a Reebok Shoe on 17th November. And paid through my credit card.

Till date I did not get the product from them. Before 1 month, I have requested for refund of the money. They assured the delivery of refund cheque in 21 days.
Again they change the word. I did not get any cheque even a call from them.
This is the complaint code ITBC have given to me - 402723
ITBC is really cheating all the customers and government. I strongly recommending to the public to BAN THE ACTIVITIES OF ITBC.
Legal action is necessary for it.
ITBC should justify this query.
