Non Delivery of Consignment

I sent cheque for promotional offer of Reebok kits. Cheq of about Rs3300 encashed in May 10. Despite FALSE promises that the parcel has been sent, I have not received it. Now no one is responding to my email queries. Is there anyway to punish this kind of MALPRACTICES perpetuated by these frauds?
