Wrong product and not taking back the product

I have complained from 24th december onwards..now it is 8th january and the product is still with me.

i want to send the product without paying any shipping charges. For that i have given the email address of blue dart operation executive upon the request from naaptol cc on 27th december and the told me that they will contact the bluedart and request them to take back the product without any shipping charges and i will get a confirmation to report on the nearest blue dart office with the product and this will take 48 hours but nothing happened and i kept calling and calling everyday and the repeated the same 48 hour excuse now it is 11th january..what will i do?

i could have send the product back with the amount i spent on calling them..really a bad service and this naaptol is a real fake and You have to take action against them. This naaptol is really anunch of frauds
