Eplacement of hard disk

Dear Sir,

our compailnt no. is 1900174480.

we have complained on january .10 .2011 but after too many complaints any action has not been taken

we had complained on the no. of service center but they are just delaying it by giving irrelevant excuses.

So, I request you to take some action and replace our hard disk as soon as possible

otherwise our next step will be consumer court
