Eureka Forbes/ water Purifier

I, M.M.A.Farah had purchased a water purifier (Aquaguard-inova) on 02.09.09 and your representative had told me that two services will be provided in the waranty period of one year by free of cost but no one has turn up during this period. It is strange to know you that just after completion of one year, one gentleman came to my home on 04.09.10 to do chargeable services and asked me to signed a contract of one or two years with the chargeable amount.

Sir, please judge yourself, Is it fair to a renound company, like yours'?
