Aquaguard Water Purifier
Replacement of Tap / water Outlet

Respected Sir,

I am a blind person and purchased an Aquaguard Water Purifier from Aquaguard Sector 8, Chandigarh in June and the payment was made by A/c payee cheque. I was told that the product will be under guarantee for one year. But no bill / invoice was given as I was told that the bill will be sent through courier.

I purchased the said product in good faith.

Now due to some defect the tap / water outlet is got changed and the company is demanding a sum of Rs. 500/- on account of replacement charges, whereas the said product is under guarantee till June.

You are, therefore, reuested kindly look into the matter and issue instructions as your goodself deem fit in the interest of justice.
