PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED EVEN AFTER 45 DAYS

Sir/Madam, I have booked KARBONN MOBILE from BAGITTODAY on 18th March by paying Rs.2298/- online thru my Credit Card. I received the confirmation from them stating that "ORDER NO.1003987932, Kindly give us 2-3 weeks for processing of your order. You will receive an email and a sms with your dispatch details soon". After one month when I telephoned them on 0120-4112424, i got a shocking reply that my house is under non-serviceable Area, kindly provide us another Area. I didn't understand what the problem is. Already i have received couple of products when i registered on EBAY SITE very promptly, i dont know what's wrong with BAGITTODAY. Even then on April 19th I provided one Alternate Address and asked them to deliver the Product without further delay and they agreed to deliver the Product at my alternate address. But today i.e. on 1st May I received a Shocking Mail from Mr. Mohit Gupta, Executive Customer Service, that again My Area is under non-serviceable Area, so they will refund my Amount after 10-15 days. why should they take my Alternate Address on April 16th and suddenly on 1st May they want to refund the amount. who will pay the interest for my amount, when i paid thru credit card. I never expected such a Worst & Irresponsible Answer from a Reputed Organisation like BAGITTODAY. is it not coming under cheating the Customer. Kindly help me in this regard. However, at the same time we would like to inform you that there are some internal formalities which we have to follow to arrange for the refund which might take 10-15 working days time for the processing of the refund. Hope you shall bear with us in the interim.
