Sony Erricsson W700i
No reply, no replacement!

This is in regard of the handsfree i bought the sony erricsson w700i on 26th june from one authorised shop for sony erricsson phone named ANUPAM STATIONERS mumbai. I had problem with the handsfree of the set and send it for replacement. They said it will come after 15 days but they r not at all replying and not even attending the phone calls. There are more then 10 customers r there and are enough to take this matter further if not responded.

Pls make sure that customers don't suffer for what ever reason coz as this market (not only this but also All) depends on customer finally u loose.
