ORDER PLACED ON CROMA ONLINE: Invoice Number SLE0015798
I had been sold the defective product (technical defects - mic, speaker and camera button were not functioning properly) on 13th July which was replaced after several deliberations on 28th July which had to be picked by me from your store due to non shipment on time.
The replaced product is also defective (loose backcover). I went to store on 29th July as well as had a talk with customer support but nobody is ready to replace my product. This behavior shows that CROMA is hardly bothered about their name and reputation and once they have sold a product be it defective they are least ready to take responsibility of the same.
This is the case of duping the customer from their online site by selling defective products.
