Defective product and poor after sales service

I purchased an Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner named TRENDY NANO for the price Rs.3000/- from Croma retail outlet. When I began to use it for the first time, its Dust bag indicator was showing full (how can that be possible when I am using it for the first time). I lodged an complaint regarding the same on May14and i got the response as the issue will be resolved within a day's time. But till today i have not received any service from the company.

I didn't expected this from a reputed company like Eureka Forbes. These guys are cheat, first they will sell you the product by convincing about the company and later they deny your very existence.

I have called the customer care number n number of times and I am getting the same response everytime that the problem will be resolved next day, but tomorrow never comes for them.

I am going to sue them in the consumer court ..
