I purchase Eureka Forbes Water Purifier, the product name is Aqua Sure Xtra. It is in Guarantee Period and within the gurantee period the filter got saturated. When I called their help line they say that they will response within 2 working days... Now 10 have working days have passed still they haven't approached me.

My K&N filter seems to be broken off from the pipe. The rubber is split and now i cannot reinstall this back
