Complaint lodged having no. 86640221 on 30-3-12. Representative promised to rectify defect within 24 hrs. But regretfully inform you that its already passed 72 hrs nobody even phoned me & not come for see it. It really tarnishing the image of a reputed firms.
Hope to rectify today.
