It is to inform you that i got aquasure crystal water purifier installed on 17th december..in last 7 mnths nobody from aquasure turned up for service which they promise while buying it that they will do it 3 times in first year for free of charge... i have been calling them since 4th july 'n' number of times..everytime they apologize, talked sweetly but with no effect..i dont know what is the matter from ther end...
I request you to take stringent action on them, as i had faced the same 2 mnth back..and only after writing to consumer court last time they attended the call as purifier was leaking...
