never believe the product of their brand or other features.. the companies are keen in selling the products.. dont bother customers for after sales service.. its just a 3 DAYS BEFORE I BOUGHT A new faber chimney. the service is VERY POOR IN INSTALLATION ITSELF. the STAFF THEMSELVES DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT.. AND MAKE A DEFAULT INSTALLATION. me after finding the fault, logged a complaint again.. but they blamed as if the fault is with us... the STAFF DONT KNOW PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY AT ALL.then find out how poor they are... lieiving charges on customers of their fault.. good business. worst ethics.
