Sir, I had purchased Faber Chimney during year 2007. This is a hopeless product, having poor quality and applications according to manual. The product is very hopeless, not working properly due to poor suction quality. Smoke is not being sucked as per norms.
Company is befooling customers by giving false life time warrenty. While customer have to pay Rs 400/- to company engineer on every visit. Company charges for every replaced part. What type of warrenty it is? It is not understood. Now this is a asset for us to continue with it unnessarily due to life long warrenty awarded by company. The look of chimney is attractive but result is very poor. I have purchased a asset which has no use. However, I have wasted Rs 13500/-
