I bought a sony cyber shot from sony center-tamil nadu-salem.i boudht my camera dsc-tx1/h-sony cyber shot on last march 16thwe had a warenty card up to three years, but two weeks ago we got complint in our camer shutter button was not working, so i took camera to sony service center and gave my camera there with my warenty card first they said that there will not charges and then later the next day i got a call from sony service center and they said that there is a spare parts problem so it will cost 3000Rs.im a regular custemer of yours, that to i got it in instalmentand the instalment date is also not yet finished before that i got this problem... please enquire about this... i belive in sony... please accept my complients and action soon... camera serial number-2306086 job number-8183
