We had bought hp deskjet 9808 2 yrs back. There is some problem in cartradge return [as told by our local engineer] after getting contact with hp authorised service centre at Jabalpur they straighten denied to repair the above said printer due to, firstly it is out of warranty and secondly non availability of parts. This practice is going for last 6 months time, even though after trying in local market printer is not able to be repaired because of non-availibilty of spare parts.
Now kindly suggest what to do.
