Excess money charged than bill

I have purchased a Digital Camera Kodak M580 with order no. 902441277. They have charged Rs.9950/- for this and bill is for Rs.6999/-. They should refund me the remaining amount or should send me some other item with value of the difference between Bill Amount and amount they have charged.
