Every fifteen days i m complaing the same,
talking with customer care no. 011-40502424...
and i m ensured by various employees... about various reasons of delay!
Now what i have to do?

As till date i didn't received my refund as well as sent back courier charges,
Scan copy of courier receipt and INVOICE CUM DELIVERY NOTE are attached herewith.

Today on 08-02 (Between 13.30 to 14.00), while discussing the matter, it is suggested me to that your original order was booked/punched under the "Reebock FitnessKit"???!!!
Till date, i had discussed the same issue with many persons at Call center!
Now, last i am suggested that (from call center) you please ask to get canceled the order and you will receive the money back-?!
So, now cancel my order and refund me Rs. 3199/- Rs. 750/- (towards the courier charges consinement sent back through Blue Dart)
Further, the scan copy are attached for your needful,
Hope, the matter will be expidiated as early as possible.

Sir,
I had ordered a Reebock for the group of items which included the Goggles! But, i has been delivered a set of items which do not belongs to the group i had ordered.
I had received the consignment with id: ITBC09179015.
I had discuused with the same on 011-40502424.
with "Sarita" and my complain was booked with no. 286210.
After that i had sent back the concinment through Blue Dart Courier and the scan recipt of Rs. 750/- is attached herewith as per today's disccussion with the 011-40502424.
please, kindly let me know that it is recieved by the concern department and also the probable date to get items "Reebock Style Kit" in replacement...
I am attaching the "Invoice cum Delivery Note" for your refference, and Courier receipt,
