I have been cheated like thousands others, surprisingly they are robbing people in broad day light and seems nothing can be done.
I have ordered Benten Sunglasses last year (May- June), which has been delivered broken.
I returned the material back to them which they refused to accept and returned it.
When complained they asked to send again, I sent it back again.
From then I have written them hundreds of mails requesting resolution of my complain and I am getiing following responses alternativily :
1. Please wait for few more days. (I have been waiting for more than 1 year)
2. Your complain has been forwarded to concerned department (A thousand times)
I wonder how they can do this and get away. I have wasted huge amount of money and time calling /complaing them, but no results at all.
I wonder how they can do this to people and get away, they are worse than petty thieves. I have complained in this forum about same before also, but there was no response.
I request people to not to get lured by there offers, they are cheats. In other offer they promised me free holiday which I never received. They promise big brands names, I am sure they are sending sub standard products (if they decide to send at all) using brand names, and they cheat on name of free gifts. Please stay away from them, if you really want to purchase something, its better to use ebay or similar on line e-trading portals.
