Non Refund of Amount

Can anybody help me with india today book club refund... I placed an order on 3rd of march... but they sent me less items than what they promised so i had no option to cancel it... now for past 6 months i have been mailing and calling them my phone bill for india today book club has gone to 500 now... but ever time there is only one answer we have forwarded your complain and it will be done in a next week or so... This is ridiculous behavior...

It has now been almost 1 month since i was said that the refund request no is generated but has not been uploaded in the system... This way too much time. Urgently send me my refund reqest no and send me my money.

It has been 15 days but i have still not received the refund and when i

called call center i was told that the refund request no is not generated.

Also since i called the call center executive he told me that a new request

is generated and original is deleted... This is taking far too much time why

do you delete the request when once decided that you have to give refund on

a particular order id... Plz refund my money back... it has been over 3

months now...

I had placed 4 orders with india today book club in March. My order id being.

I have cancelled all my orders as i was wrongly informed by your call center

executive that i will be also getting 2 LCD TV's with the orders in my

order placement time. Later on order receipt and re-validation with the call

center i knew that there will be no tv coming so i cancelled all the

orders.

I have got confirmation from your employees at the call center that

you have received all the parcels back at your office on 10 Apr.

After that i have called your call center a few time to get my refund

request nos. but no one seems to know what to do.

Also i was told earlier when i palced the orders that i will get

refund with in 21 days of return of parcel but it has been already 14 days and

still even the refund request no is not genereated.

Request you to please do the needfull at the earliest and refund my

money with in next 7 days.
