Not receipt of Goods even after 3-4 Reminder mails

I have placed an order on 26th June for a Kodak Digital Camera. I have paid through my credit card amount Rs. 5348 and my Order No. is: M-COMMERCE/0GC090000007 and Order ID is: MITBC-WEB-22455151.

I haven't received the camera yet and i have sent reminder mails 3-4 times but even after that i haven't got any satisfactory reply. It being almost one and half year following for it but still i haven't received the camera.

Please reply at the earliest otherwise I would be forced to go to consumer court.
