I am complaining here against the India Today Book Club. The details of my complaint is as follows:
On the month of November the India Today Book Club Offered me an offer
of a pack of digital camera, diamonds, T shirts etc which cost around Rs.15499 and given the amount through credit card. They told me that the parcel will be sent within one week. They gave me the order no. as 880183630.The name of the person who called me is one Mr. Abhimanyu and the numbers from which he called are 0911143242000 / 091114956000.
But till now i have not received the parcel. I tried in the above numbers but not able to connect
