This is to bring in your kind notice, that I have started a New subscription of India Today. My Subscription ID is ITE 1893544. With this offer I was supposed to get a free gift Accord Mobile Phone. (Scanned copy of Letter attached with.) The same was send to me through AFL Courier via docet no 2081252111770624 . As per AFL records same have been delivered on my address on 02/12 and recipient is some Mr. Mayank. As a matter of fact on that day we were out of station, and residence was lock. We don't know any body named as Mayank. The consignment was not even delivered at the gate of my resident society. Since that day I have made several calls to your customer care and even to AFL also, but I am sorry to say I have not got any response till date. I have send a mail to AFL also about it but after several follow ups they said they can't do anything about it, we have to contact Shiva International or India Today.
So far I have not got any gift and even a satisfactory answer. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
