Pathetic Service

I have a service contract with M/s. Rubicon Services, from 26th January till 25th January for my Kenstar Water Purifier. As per the service contract they are supposed to service the purifier every six months and also change the carbon every six months.

However, during the past two & half years their service people have come and changed the carbon 3 times, that also after lot of phone calls and follow up from my side.

I have been contacting your service centre on phone no. 26789233 for the past one month but in spite of promises, no one has turned up to service the machine and also replace the inlet pipe which has cracked and leaking. I have phoned at least 25 times and spoken to many people but no one has come for service so far in spite of promise that someone will come and attend to this matter. I also spoke to your Mr Vijay number of times but of no use.

They are the worst in terms of service and I don’t Kenstar also really bothers. Please ensure you do not buy Kenstar products EVER.
