I had purchased a boss e phone @rs.4199 from naaptol on 8th january. I got the product on 15th Jan. However it was partially defective and i was guided to return the product to a trader in Mumbai. I courired the product on 18th Jan. However till date i have not received the product nor any reimbursement. Every time when i contact the custmer care (i got complint no 36659), i was informed that i will get product in 7-8 days. I feel Naaptol is a fraud company and fooling the customers. Goverment should interfere and stop such online store.
