Defective product with no replacement guarentee

Dear Sir,

My name is Mr. P.K. Thankappan bought a Digital Camcoder (TCL DV 552) from Naaptol ordered on 13 Sept. 2010 with order no. 758614 delivered on 22 Sept with challan no. 4523557 (Seller Name - SRP Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.) but they done a defective delivery. The capture/ recorder button was not working, we complained about this and they taken it back for repair/replace. They guarenteed us that product will be repaired/replaced within 7 days but till now there is no sign of replacement. When we call them they always say, it will take 7 days more. I think they have endless seven days.
