D, LOWER PAREL MUMBAI 440013) WITHOUT EVEN TELLING US THAT THIS ORDER CAN BE SEND THROUGH BLUE DART WHICH IS FREE. THEN SEND THE ORDER TO ADDRESS GIVEN TO US THROUGH TNT COURIER SERVICES ON 26/05 /11 FROM NAGPUR

THE CONSINGMENT IS RECEIVED AT ARAMAX ON 27/05 AT 11.30 AM BY A PERSON NAMED RAKESH

AS PER THE CONVERSATION THE EXECUTIVE TOLD US THAT U WILL GET THE REFUND WITHIN 7 WO

RKING DAYS THE BANK DETAILS ARE BEING PROVIDED TO THE EXECUTIVES. BUT UPTILL NOW NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IS THE CONSINGMENT THAT HAS BEING DELIVERD FROM NAGPUR TO MUMBAI..I AM REGULARLY CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT BUT THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY CLUE TO OUR

PROBLEM. I AM SO MUCH EMBARESSED THAT I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO SHOP ANYTHING FRO UR COMPANY. ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY. I AM SENDING U THE SCANNED COPY OF THE CONSINGMENT THAT IS BEING RECEIVED AT UR END . THEY ARE AGAIN AND AGAIN SENDING ME THE CAMCORDER .

THEY ARE SENDING THE SAME PRODUCT WITH NO CHANGES IN IT .
