Recently I ordered a Blackberry Storm 9530 having order no.: 3300347. The package was received on Saturday 28th Jan at 8:10 pm. I have paid the entire amount, since it was on COD basis. Later when I opened the packet, I was shocked to find out, that the box was not sealed, neither was the phone in a sealed packet. Also, the entire front screen appears to be re-worked and it literally shakes in the gap. It appears that will fall of anytime. The handset looks very used and probably is a second hand piece, the battery was also in charged condition.

This Handset has come from countries like the US / Mexico or near by to them, since the phone has the service providers Logo onto it. I donot know if this is one of those unlocked types. Probably the phone has been procurred by Naptol in the second hand market and are selling it in the Indian market as a new handset. Where can i return the handset, and also can i get a refund for the same.

I would like to get in-touch with someone who has had similar experiences with Naptol, regarding Blackberry phones. Also, kindly forward me the address and contact numbers for their main office in India, and also, information regarding the owners of the business. I am seeing a number of complaints specifically for the blackberry phone. has this been made aware to the Police or Other consumer product organization. I think Naptol is outright duping everyone by sending the second hand re-worked / re-furbished phones, that donot work and also are getting paid the full amount at the same time.
