I had ordered for a Bluetooth headset from rediffshopping, which got delivered this morning

(03/06). But the device that was delivered is not working & is not the same device i had ordered for. Over the top nobody is answering the calls from the given vendors number. Kindly please help me

replace the device or refund my money...
