Dear sirs,
I have purchased Robo Cleanz on 23.5.11. After 2 months the unit
used to stop functioning after 1 min of use with battery fully charged. Unit given on 16.8.11 to service centre at Ashok marg, Lucknow for checking. Verbal cfm given abt a week back that battery is defective & unit will be replaced immediately. Till date no action fm them, neither they respond to calls. Trust action fm yr end in replacing unit immediately. Thanks & Regards
