Failure of consignment delivery

There was a delivery from Siliguri dated (16th Aug) to New delhi and the delivery was urgent for which DTDC took Rs 4000 Rs 600 on the condition that they will deliver it on Wednesday (18Th, Aug) before12 noon. I received the consignment on 20th Aug.

I need my money back otherwise I am gonna go higher up.
