Recently i ordered a product (shoes & Sunglass) in Bagittoday. But the product was not delevired on time. When i contacted the customer care over phone n mail, they said that the product was out-of-stock and would be delivered once stock arrives. But even after a month they never delivere or gave any excuse response also. Then i cancelled the product and asked for refund.they assured that the amount would be refunded but even after a month never refunded nor replied about their status still now.
