Dear Sir,
I have ordered Raebok Sunglasses with Five days free resort visit to India today club through Internet shopping. I had received a SMS from them where they had disclosed my order number dispatched through DART courier whose LR number is, I had not received the product so I had contacted them on telephone and also write my complain through e mail but unfortunately they had not given any reply. I think this was their duty to pay attention to their customer.
Please guide what should I do in my case?
