Delay in delivering product and Refund for the cancelled product

Sir,

My Name is Hemant Patil. On 14th of April i recieved a call from India today bookclub saying that i am the lucky winner of some contest and if i purchase products from India Today book club i will recieve Cash price Rs.30000/- along with the booked product. So i booked two products

1. Samsung Super mobile (Rs.12498/-) booking I.D. 880105207

and 2. Phillips Home Theatre (Rs.5198/-) booking I.D. 880106297

by making the payment through credit card.

After two days when i called to customer care, i understood that there is no such cash price award along with the booked product. I rejected the Parcel of 1st product as told by the customer executive for refund. The parcel was recieved by India today back on 25th may today is 26th July but still i have not recieved the refund of the 1st product after several follow ups through mail or by phone. Now since 2 weeks i am getting no reply to mails.

When i enquire about the 2nd product (Phillips Home Theatre) which i have still not recieved while my money was deducted on 15th April the regular reply that i am getting is that your order is not punched in our database. Does it takes to 4 months to punch a order?

I am truely frustrated with the service of India today book club. Near about 4 months have passed but still i am waiting for the refund and product.
