Not returning defective product

I have ordered a beetel blast 440 speaker form naaptopl.com. When I get that product it is found to be defective but when I contact to the custumer care for return purpose. but the custumer care representative heve adviced me to go beetel cervice centre though in my location beetle cervice centre is not located. I have also tell the same to the custumer care but they are not leastened to me and refused to return this product.
