Dear Sir/ Madam,

I tried to withdraw 20000 Rs/- from ICICI Bank ATM with AXIS Bank Debit Card on 16th Oct Friday. But I got only 10, 000. Then Further I tried to withdraw 10, 000 Rs/- and I got a warning message that no amount is available. 20, 000 Rs/- was deducted from my account but I get Only 10, 000 Rs/-. I called to Axis Bank Customer Care, Mumbai (022-6798770) and Log the Request they said it will get reverse with in 12 to 15 Day in your account. Then Next Friday I again called they said the same. I again called on 30 Oct and Then they said due to technical reason they were unable to log my request so please again log this request. Then I log the request again. I was urgently in need of money and was in hope that I will get my money with in 12 -15 days. At that time I have to submit my policies and I was totally dependent on that money. At that time I got a lot mental harassment. What should I need to do? And What action I should take.
