I tried to reg for online barclaycard services, the site locked me out. o.k maybe i did something wrong, i dont think so, so i had to call their call center, nightmare. they reset my login details which allowed me into my account once, then youve guessed it locked me out again. i just about managed to make a payment off my barclay card bill. please do not use this company they used to be just like any other card, but they have slid off the scale now, bye bye barclaycard.
all i wanted to do was pay them... thinking if they put a lot of barriers to stop you making payments then they can hit you with late payment charges.. now i get it.
