Bigbazar fututre
Issue of unvalid gift vouche

Dear Sir,

I earned Bigbazar gift voucher from my company for 1000/-, which my wife carried to bigbazar (ramdas Peth) on 29th sept, after shopping for more than thousand rupees the casshier rejected the vouher shamelessly saying that it is invalid, when approched to so called custmer care the lady over there agian replied that the voucher will be activated after 15 days. This caused tremendous embaresment to my wife.

I belive that either big bazar careless about wheather the voucher is activated, or they have such a untrained staff that which cannot operate the system.
