Dear Madam,
I have ordered black cherry BL-7000 to Naaptol and my order no is 470106 under the name of Mrs. Flora Nambiar and I have received my order in May by paying Rs 3000/- and Postal Charges 200/=(Cash on delivery). After receiving the product when i opened it, i found that the Charger is not getting inserted in the Mobile and it is not in working condition so I called Customer Care Naaptol and till date No action has been taken.
Now i request to your good self please help me out to get a New Exachange onces or I want to return back the said product so that my amount is refunded.
