Non receipt of free gift

Sir,

I am a member of india today book club my Member ship No. ITBC0981901, I purchased books with free gift but I am yet to received the free gift for the InvoiceNo: ORA090065291, dated 31-JUL against the order No. OGA090066494 dated 31-JUL, the above consignment was received by me without the free gift the consignment No.43573080025.

On receiving the consignment without the free gift, I called the help line and they provided me an Unicode no:18790124A090065291 and the officer asked me login the code no after 24 hrs but yet the number is activated, so request you to kindly despatch the free gift without any further delay.
