Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been intimated by one of ur customer care representative that u will get 178.89 full talk time other then reliance number mean main balance & 43.11for local reliance number in 202 top up on the 3rd of February. So I got an e recharge for the same amount from the retailer on 4th february at 9.30pm at night after talking to the customer care executive but got a balance of 227 for local reliance to reliance mobile only.i made a complaint to customer care on night at somewhat 10.pm and the other information has been sent to u by fax as soon as possible my mobile no.is 09300725682 i habe two complaint no. 1st is63261540 and the 2nd is 63384727.
