Didnt receive the Courier from India TODAY BOOK CLUB

Hi,

i have to receive a courier from INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB, but still i didnt receive tat, when enquired about it to INDIA TODAY CUSTOMER care, they gave me tracking number and told tat it has been with DARTMAIL INDIA (http://dartmailindia.com/)

when i refered to the official web site, it shows that it has been delievered on Sep 25th, it is more than a month now, still i didnt receive it.

This Courier seems to be fraud. Please take necessary action. There is no proper response with their customer care number also. wasted moeny in 100's calling them.
