I would just like to bring to your notice about DTDC courier who are bad at service and also dont care for their customers. I had sent a parcel containing Nike Shoes and An Expensive T Shirt bought from abroad from Mumbai to Vishapatnam. It was sent on 24/1 and was supposed to reach by 26/1.Till Date it has not reached. Status Showed that it had reached hyderabad but after that no reply. I have been mailing them, went to the office for past 8 days everyday but no response. I hate this service and would never recommend to anybody. Please can these guys forward my parcel to the concerned address.
