DTDC
LOST PACKAGE

I recently sent camera to Chennai from Bangalore through DTDC courier. B41101736. My friend Balu MAhesh sent this courier. It was sent through Banglaore, MAdiwala branch of DTDC courier. Even after 4 weeks they are not able track and deliver. No response. Asked to lodge complaint. No reply.

What shsould I do. please help.
