Harassment by DTDC

This complaint is to bring to your notice the harassment I have been facing at the hands of DTDC Mohali (Phase 3B-2), Punjab employees.

On October 27, I mailed a Courier through DTDC to Noida. (Docket No. Z24440399)

On October 28, It has been shown ‘Delievered’ on DTDC Tracking Site, but my kins have not received any courier.

I have been asking the local vendor, Mr. Jitendra (91-9316653243) and Mr. Verma for the whereabouts but they always come up with lame excuses. When I tell them I will file a complaint, they simply say “ok”.

I am completely fed up with your services and frustrated over the loss of my very important documents.

I hope you could help me find out the whereabouts my courier.
