Shipment delay and wrong tracking update

I booked product from Infibeam on Jan 17th, it was shipped to Gurgaon (Shipping address) on Jan 18th from Mumbai to Gurgaon by DTDC courier company. Shipment reached DTDC Delhi office on Jan 21st and on the same it was sent to DTDC gurgaon franchisee. This was the last update on DTDC Tracking website. Since that time (Jan 21st) there was no updates and no records. I contacted DTDC customer care after 2 days about this and registered complaint . but no one contacted and informed any thing. I marked mail on DTDC Manager's email but they just forwarded case here and there but no one contacted me. Escalated several time but no success Now it Feb 3, . more than 10 days and I did not receive my consignment yet. Moreover, DTDC, updated on tracking wesite that my consignment is delivered. But where? to Whom? WHo received it? There is no information and I did not receive my packet.

DTDC has the worst serivce amongst all courier serive companies.

I want proof of delivery and I want my consignment.
